Return Policy

• With our prior authorization, returns may be made within 30 days of purchase for full credit. Instruments must be unused and in their original package.
• Custom instruments or custom laser etched instruments are not eligible for return.
• To ensure proper credit, you must complete our "Return Merchandise Authorization" Form (RMA) and return the completed form to us at the email address returns@msiprecision.com. A restocking and inspection charge of 20% may be charged on all authorized returns more than (30) thirty days after our invoice date. No returns will be accepted after 90 days. A restocking charge may be assessed on any return if it is determined not to be an error of MSI Precision.
• Goods accepted for return after 30 days will receive a merchandise-credit. We can only accept prepaid shipments.
• Any merchandise returned without prior approval will be subject to an automatic restocking fee with a minimum of 35%.

Return Procedure

1. Notify your Sales contact by email or by phone of your request for return authorization.
2. We will email you a "Return Merchandise Authorization" form or you may retrieve one from below. To expedite the process feel free to email returns@msiprecision.com your completed MSI Precision RMA form for faster approval.
   Please complete the MSI Precision RMA form with the following information:
   1. Issue Date
   2. Customer Name
   3. Customer Number
   4. Best Email
   5. MSI Precision Sales Rep
   6. Invoice Number
   7. Reason for Return
3. When your form has been approved, we will issue you an MSI RMA Receiver authorization to return and a prepaid return label, if needed.
4. The following types of goods are NOT eligible for credit:
   1. Custom designed instruments.
   2. Instruments which have been used, marked or altered in anyway.
   3. Engraved instruments.
   4. Discontinued products.
   5. Sterile products.
   6. Color coated instruments.
